Risks: This material has been prepared as a matter of general information and is intended for potential investors for whom it is suitable and who are “accredited,” as defined in Regulation D of the Securities Exchange Act of 1933. We do not permit investment in the fund by non-accredited investors. This material is not intended to be a complete description of any security or company mentioned and is not an offer to buy or offer to sell any security. For a complete description of this investment please read the Canyon Creek Investment Fund I offering memorandum and LLC agreement. A fund-of-funds is exposed to asset allocation risk. A fund-of-funds is subject to it’s own expenses and expenses of the underlying funds. Although diversification can help decrease volatility over the long term, this assumes that asset classes do not move in tandem and that positive returns in one or more asset classes will help offset negative returns in other asset classes. A fund-of-funds does not guarantee positive returns, may incur losses, and may experience volatility, particularly during periods of market declines. It is typically exposed to the same risks as the underlying funds in which it invests. Please refer to the private placement memorandum for additional information on fees and availability. Performance results shown are before taxes, net of all fees and expenses and do not include reinvestment of income. The advisory fees of the fund may be substantial regardless of whether the fund has a positive return. Investments in this fund are illiquid and contain investments that involve tax structures that may cause delays in distributing important tax information. Performance information is summary only and is intended to be reviewed in detail with a Bear Mountain representative who is prepared to discuss the methodology and assumptions employed in the presentation of this data.
